Corrections Policy

ELVARYXA / BRAND & TRUST

Corrections Policy.Accuracy. Accountability. Trust.

Clear information matters. This policy explains how to report a possible error, how we assess it and how confirmed corrections are communicated.

01 / REPORT A POSSIBLE ERROR

Notice an error?
Help us correct it.

This policy applies to content published on elvaryxa.com and blog.elvaryxa.com, including brand information, articles, reviews, guides and product explanations.

Where to send your report

Email contact@elvaryxa.com with the subject “Correction Request”. Include the page or article link so we can locate the information.

What to include

Identify the sentence, image, figure or claim you believe is incorrect. Explain the issue and provide the proposed correction with supporting links or documents. For product details, include the relevant date, region, software version or subscription plan.

What you can report

Reports may concern inaccurate facts, names, dates, prices, specifications, quotations, source attribution or links. You can also flag wording that appears materially misleading. A disagreement with an opinion can be considered where it identifies an underlying factual issue.

02 / HOW WE REVIEW REPORTS

Consider the evidence.
Understand the context.

A report starts a review. The action taken depends on the evidence and the effect of the issue on the content.

Checking the information

The person responsible for the content should compare the report with the original material and relevant reliable sources. Primary documentation, direct records and the conditions of any assessment should be considered where available.

Assessing the original context

Information that was accurate when published may later change. We distinguish an original factual error from a later development, such as a new price, revised feature or changed availability. Further evidence may also change a previous conclusion.

Timing & additional information

We aim to assess reports promptly, prioritising issues that could materially mislead readers. Complex questions may require further checks or clarification from the person reporting them. Review time depends on the issue and the evidence available.

03 / CORRECTIONS & UPDATES

Correct the information.
Explain the change.

The way a change is presented should reflect its significance and help readers understand the current version.

Significant factual corrections

A confirmed error that materially affects meaning, a recommendation or a conclusion should be corrected with a visible dated note on the affected page. The note should explain what was inaccurate and provide the corrected information.

Minor edits, clarifications & updates

Spelling, punctuation or formatting edits that do not change meaning may be made without a separate correction note. Clarifications explain existing information; updates reflect later developments. Meaningful content changes should carry an appropriate update date.

Major revisions or withdrawals

If a central claim cannot be supported, the affected content may require a substantial revision or withdrawal. Where appropriate, a visible explanation should describe the action taken. The same verified error in other content under our control should also be addressed.

04 / ACCOUNTABILITY & FOLLOW-UP

Open to further evidence.
Responsible for the result.

Accuracy remains the basis for a correction decision, including content about ELVARYXA’s own ventures and commercial partners.

Editorial independence

An affiliate relationship, sponsorship or business interest must not prevent a justified factual correction. Commercial requests do not establish that an error occurred; evidence should determine the decision.

Further evidence & reconsideration

If you believe an issue remains unresolved, reply to the original email with additional evidence and identify the remaining concern. A request for a correction does not automatically require content to be changed, but relevant new information should be considered.

Review conclusions

When corrected evidence affects a review or recommendation, the conclusion should be reassessed. Our Review Methodology explains how assessment types, sources and limitations should be communicated.
